BRACES!!!!!

Do you have... or have you ever had braces. How was it

I've had my braces about a year and 3 moths now(only half way through:()

Yeah I had 'em for a year, and then a retainer for another 6 months, starting when I was 11. It was lame but at least I got it out of the way when I was relatively young (my mouth has always been advanced) and now my teeth are straight and perfect...for a Brit.

When I was in 1st grand I had them for a year. I was supposed to have a retainer in until I was twelve so 5th gradish. But I never used that thing.

I had braces from the end of 5th grade to 8th grade-ish. I actually wore my retainers for a pretty long time. I guess our orthodontist lives in our area, because we still meet him in random places :p

I had braces for like 3 years. I had awful teeth, but now I like them! They're straight and prettyyyy. Well, like Paul said - for a Brit. :jess:

I had them when i was about 14, but i only needed them a few months becasue my my teeth werent that bad:)

i am the only exception.. i have pretty large front teeth(not too large, but just big), but ive never needed braces.. 1 cm space max.. weird isnt it?

Since only eight of my adult teeth came in naturally my teeth were pretty bad (one of my molars was about 30 degrees in toward my mouth from where it should have been). So I had braces for, oh, I guess two years, and now wear a retainer at night. Apparently I'm going to have to wear it at night forever or something, but we'll see about that.

Well I had an overbite so I had to have almost hydraulics in my mouth(caused herses I think). I was nearly biting the roof of my mouth.
