Erk+Pricilla
Hector+Lyn (don't hurt me!)
Eliwood+Ninian
Wil+Rebecca
Zihark+Jill (Even if they didn't have support cons., they should have)

Volke owns your soul

other than that I love any Swordmaster ever

THE JACKEL

Priscilla is ridiculously powerful. I never bothered with her until my second playthrough but when I did, she was sometimes capable of clearing an entire map pretty much single-handedly.

The only bad thing about Priscilla is that once promoted, she starts with "E" Ranked Anima, which takes a while to train up. Other than that, she is one of the game's killer mages (though Nino is probably still better), and has awesome movement.

Lyn + The Tactician. It was a pairing I felt was being pushed the entire intro, and still my favorite. Yes, I'm a geek.

Ninian + Eliwood. Second favorite, they're just so wonderful together.

My favorite characters from fire emblem sacred stones would be Seth and Marisa

My favorite characters from path of radiance would be Boyd and Mia
Radiant Dawn is the same with the addition of Edward
My favorite pairings would be Mist and Rolf and the same thing Edge7 said

My favourite Fire Emblem characters are Marth and Micaiah (who I hope is playable in Brawl).

As for favourite pairings there's too many for me to post.

My favorite is marth and my favorite pairing is pent and louise for fe7.
