Ice cream is taste. Mint Chocolate Chip or one of those Blasts from Sonic are my favorites.

Ice cream is full of saturated fats and processed sugar. I love the taste, but I hate eating it. So, I really don't eat it. Unless I am hungry and there is nothing else to eat. :{
