"Fear Factory - Obsolete" is a great Metal concept album that i love, and for a classic i'd have to say "Pink Floyd - The Wall"... though i prefer "Dark Side of the Moon", i'm not sure it counts as concept as much as it just being an epic album...
Ocean Machine: Biomech is pretty stellar.
Not sure if it counts but if it does, The Human Equation by Ayreon :skull::skull::skull::skull:s on everything else.
Dark Side of the Moon

alan parson's project - Tales of Mystery and Imagination
David Bowie - Ziggy Stardust And The Spiders From Mars

All personal favourites of mine.
I don't really know if it is a concept album, but anyways
Leaves' Eyes - Lovelorn

Protest the Hero: Kezia(they call it a, "situationist requiem" but i think its a concept album)
