So... boxing day.
A day for fighters or a day devoted to the cardboard torn apart during Christmas? I don't get it. A friend told me its like the day after Thanksgiving for us in the States o' Amurika with crazy sales and stuff. I don't get why that's a holiday unless I'm missing something...

My mom tells me that Boxing Day earnt it's name because people used to open the presents on the 26th of December in the UK not the 25th and it became known as "boxing day" because there would be plenty of boxes
