I'm just before the final battle (I beleve) and I'm level 45-ish. The problem is Tomaj's missions - the enemies are lv. 90! What's the best method to level up at this stage?

I'm just before the final battle (I beleve) and I'm level 45-ish. The problem is Tomaj's missions - the enemies are lv. 90! What's the best method to level up at this stage?
If you've unlocked Midlight's Deep, completing each level there should net 50000 EXP for participants (10000 for non). As far as I know, that's the best way.
