....Why would you ever want to do that?
I've often heard stories about people being overleveled early on but...wow, A full License Board. That's insane.

in any case, congratulations.
How? I mean, you don't have most of your characters yet, so you can't have unlocked all the Quickenings, and you don't have any of the Espers yet, so they can't be unlocked.
Besides, the first boss is fought by Reks and Basch, and you can't look at their licenses at all.
That's not exactly hard, you know. Just repetitive. The only accomplishment here is you managed to do something retardedly tedious without losing your mind.
