So, I'm going skiing in Switzerland tomorrow for a week and I'm very much looking forward to it. I just hope I remember how to do it, I'm a bit worried that I don't... It took me a couple of days last year to just ski down the easiest slope without falling over all the time :)
What about you? Have you ever gone skiing before? If yes - are you any good, or have you gotten a serious injury like a broken leg because of it?

I went skiing once when I was in 8th grade. Odd that I've never bothered with it since I live in the ski hill capital of Canada it seems, but then I've never been one for any kind of sports.
I went skiing once. I sucked, and kept crashing into the fence at the side. :(

I tried skiing once. It was too cold and it was too hard to move. I ended up just getting sore and numb feet and spent the rest of my time playing in the arcade.
Never tried skiing, but I have been snowboarding. I suck at it.
Apparently, skiing is a lot easier. I might give it a try one day.

I've snowboarded a couple times, its funner imo. But I suck at that too.
I've never been skiing, and I'll probably never try it because I am so clumsy I'll end up seriously injuring myself. :jess:

I cba to go much anymore I was thinking of selling my board. Mountains are just too exspensive to go to. And everytime I get a season pass the mountain had no snow.
1) I've never been skiing in my life
2) I've never personally seen enough snow that skiing would even be possible. I think anyways. six inches of snow seems like it would be dangerous.
Due to my location and life experience when I think of skiing I usually automatically think of water skiing. But I have actually done neither.
I would definitely like to go skiiing or snowboarding, though. I like the snow.
