does anyone know who and hopefully he still comes here,was the guy who wroe the comedy walkthrough for final fantasy 4 called the power of cheese?

Necronopticous, a former moderator of this forum, originally created "Ah, The Power of Cheese" as a forum thread. The same content is hosted on his personal website, but, as you said, it appears to be unavailable.

No. "Ah, The Power of Cheese" is unique to Final Fantasy IV only. I do not know of any similar parodies for any other games of the Final Fantasy series.

If you're looking for something similar to "Ah, the Power of Cheese," I'd recommend browsing the Let's Play Archive. As far as Final Fantasy specifically goes, the best is definitely Let's Play Final Fantasy VIII.

The website for "Ah, the Power of Cheese" is down right now due to a server crash, a conversation with an old friend, and a server move, in that order. It's a long, complicated story, and I won't bother saying more than that about it. It will be up again soon, with a brand new URL. I'll let you know when that happens.
The Let's Play archives seem to be down, as well.
