How in the world do I make a sandwich board sign to wear?

If you're going to recreate that scene from Die Hard with a Vengeance to try to make Samuel L. Jackson be your friend, well, I don't really recommend it.

Large cardboard box, scissors, duct tape, sharpie.

I want mine to be nice and colorful.

I highly suggest that you attach the boards with some sort of rope.

First thing to pop into my head, Psychotic. Freaky.

I assume you'd take two pieces of plywood, drill two holes near the top of each of them, then thread them together with rope. If you plan on wearing it, you're probably going to want to cover the rope in some comfy something or other. :choc2:

i think you should use something other than plywood - lighter i was thinking like paneling or heavy cardboard

If it's just a temporary thing, maybe poster board would be better for you. Lighter and cheaper.

Aww, come on. If you're gonna do it, do it hardcore.

And afterwards you can make some paintball chainmail out of cut-up wire hangers. :)

paintball would definitely be an easy way to color the sandwich board, if the posterboard would hold up.

You could use The Sect of Homokaasu - The Rasterbator if you didn't feel like coloring or wasting paint ball balls.
