Oops... I forgot my password.

Okay.... I haven't played this game for quite a while.
I forgot my password, is there a way to get it back? all i know is it has 13 lettes/numbers in it :confused:

I think that you need to call Square Enix customer support if you cannot remember your PlayOnline ID or password. PlayOnline is not known for its apt user interface.

They are helpful with this, they get it a lot.
Also they will give you a good way to remember your ID like a jingle or set of names
