I have never seen a video game company based in Saudi Arabia; furthermore, I have never seen a video game in the Arabic language. I think that a majority of gamers in that region have to import their games.
In Saudi Arabia, they are EXTREMELY conservative. However, there should be video game companies from other Arab countries such as Egypt and Lebanon... but I don't know who they are.
if you mean for famous consoles, then No.
but you can try Call of Duty 4 and assassin creed .. both games have Arabic voices.

Arab made comics and even animated series are available, but no indication towards video games (that I know of anyway).
AK is an Egyptian-based comic company.
And Under Siege was developed by Afkar Media, which I don't know which Arab country it is from.
