Gyakuten Kenji: new Phoenix Wright prequel starring Edgeworth - DS Fanboy
You play as prosecutor Miles Edgeworth in this Phoenix Wright prequel. It seems to focus more on crime scene investigation and less on courtroom awesomeness, though. It will play a bit different from the other Ace Attorney games.
Still, the Miles Edgeworth fangirls are crying right now.

Wow, it's even in third-person! That isn't going to be good for Phoenix Wrong fans, though. I'm wondering what time this will be set in.

(SPOILER)Though honestly, I was way more excited about Daigasso! Band Brothers DX which was announced in the same magazine. The first game, a DS Japanese Launch title, is one of my favourite games on the system.
