Phoenix Downs: WHERE???

'kay, so I'm at the last boss and I need Phoenix Downs! Where can I get themmmm???


I can't steal them from Minerva. If I could do that I wouldn't need them, now would I?

I'd recommend getting out of the cave and buying a ton of each item at a store. Or getting a couple, then using the w-item trick to clone them.

I knew that the secret boss is called Minerva, too, but somehow I didn't make the connection. I assumed you were talking about some random monster in the original game that I'd forgotten about:p
