I found this annoyingly awesome website that has a bunch of names for character types and cliches and stuff.
If I was in a TV show I'd be the Cloud Cuckoolander.
What's your trope? It might be easier to search for a show with a character you think resembles your personality and go from there. Hope you don't get to destracted clicking random links like me.
