UT3 Graphics tips please?

I know that UT3 is playing very well on my system but I'm trying to get it to run on Detail mode-5. Right now its only going up to Detail mode-2 I tried working with the configuration files but im still getting some lacking detail. Dose anyone know how to bost it up to full?

Heres my PCs specs

OS: Windows XP SP2
CPU: Celeron 3.33Ghz
Memory: 1.5GB DDR2ram
Hard drive: 120GB HDD
External HDD: 250GB
GPU: 512MB BFG Nvidia 8500GT series (Its playing in 720p)
Monitor: 19" LCD HDTV (DVI(from gpu)-HDMI(to monitor)

Running latest patch? I can get to Texture Detail 5 on a x850gt 256mb.
Perhaps the game has a built-in detail maximum for that particular 8500 card, as the gf8500 wasn't exactly a smoking hot card, kinda like how some games handle the mediocre FX5200, 6200 and 7300. When nvidia makes low-end budget cards they make it really, REALLY low end and all slow but with a high price for what it's worth.

Come on ppl. I know one of you is good with this kind of tech so a little help would be realy nice.
