I've had a bit of trouble finding one. I've found some programs that can record files to VOX, and some that can convert to VOX, but I'm looking for a program that can convert from VOX. Does anyone happen to know of one?

Have you tried opening it as a Raw file in CoolEdit or Audacity if they don't directly have a VOX option? According to wiki, it's a pretty basic file format so I'd presume should be readable by most audio editors :p
I haven't tried Audacity. But, I found a converter eventually. The converter didn't really work out, though, and after trying all possible settings, the VOX files came out as nothing but various forms of either beeps, or deep muffled up sounds. I'll try Audacity to play them.
