A friend of mine has had the 'alter ego' Clive Inigious for absolutely years and so he registered with that as his GamerTag on Xbox Live. It was only a couple of months later that another friend suggested 'Xbox Clive' might've been better.
Of those you suggested, I'd go for PinkishJam and I've no idea why.
