Where is the Abelisk??? I've been looking in that same spot forever and I can't find it! Are there any specific criteria(s) to finding it? (i.e entering from one part of the screen or killing monsters) Me needs the 8-fluted pole.

Did you start the Hunt Club quest? I noticed that rare monsters seem to appear more often once you engage this quest. Anyway, its located at the Ridorana Cataract/ Echoes from Time's Garden (the first large area when you arrive) and it has a 30% chance of appearing according to the guide. Hope this helps.
