Where is the Elven Cloak, I canīt remember, and I was thinking of doing a solo BM challenge, so I need to know.
As far as I can remember it's in the Earthgift Shrine. B4 or B5, I think.
It's one of the "random" treasures that you can find in the Earthgift Shrine on B4. There's a great guide on gamefaqs that outlines how the treasures in the optional dungeons work: GameFAQs: Final Fantasy (GBA) Soul of Chaos Guide by TFergusson
