Looking for further info

A bit back I heard a rumor about a new FF MMO SE was working on, I do appologise if this has been gone over before and I missed it, I was just wondering if anyone else knew anything about this.

Danger-Speculation!: The rumor was that it was going to be a sequale to XI..
I loved XI right up till the overly forced parties and lack of background (for an MMO it has far to little known history behind alot of the world). I still kind of miss the game too...
IF it is true that they will be makeing another FFMMO I would personaly like to see them reuse an established world, the next era in Vanadiel, Ivolice, or another (just not the world of VII, please lol) so long as it's not something that has to be built from scratch so people can be allowed to feel like they aren't a new ariveal with no clue where they want to go. As I don't want to turn this into a "what would have made XI better" I'll end it there hehe.
