Help me be shallow and change my Windows theme

Alright, so I used to use the UxTheme Patcher for Windows XP to allow me to change my visual style. Now I'm using Vista and I've been meaning to try something like that again. I looked into the UxTheme Patcher, but a lot of people were saying it wasn't letting them log in to Windows and I don't want that. They were reccommending VistaGlazz, so I tried it out but it just set my theme to Windows Classic and wouldn't let me switch it back to Aero or change the colour. That's kind of the opposite of what I was going for. I fixed it with a system restore.

Does anyone have any other suggestions?
