I've yet to install any mods as I've only had the game for a few days but, I hope to get a few on today :p
I play it a lot and I like to use console codes.
Amazing that this great thread was made. In the past few days all I can think about is The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. I had the Xbox 360 version of the game last fall. I thought it was great and played 10 hours of it. Then I got rid of it since I didn't have time to play it. Now that I've cut back on the number of games I'm playing, I have time to get this game. I will upgrade my computer and buy this game in a couple months.
The game is legendary!

Just watch the last link(and the next ones in the series), to see the game being played through, with funny commentary! I want to get the pc version and play 300 hours of the game!
Please answer me these questions...
1. How many hours does it take to complete all random dungeons in the world?
2. How many hours does it take to beat all the Guild/Faction stuff?
3. How many hours long is finishing the Arena?
4. How many hours long is those random quests you get?
In order to finish Oblivion, Knights of the Nine, and The Shivering Isles with 100% completion rate, does it take 450 hours? :)
Played it, didn't like it.
Have it for X360, I love it when I'm playing it, but I find it hard to actually motivate myself to start it up. I have no idea why that is, maybe because it's such a huge world with so many things to do, it's a little overwhelming.
Yea it can feel like that. What about Fallout 3? It's from the same team. I am interested in it some. :)
What is wrong with that? I liked Diablo.
How many hours does it take to do all the random dungeons in the world? It appears that they are the bulk of the side quests playing time?
Buy me the game!!!!
They are not random dungeons, but there is alot of them.
It'll take alot of time to do them all(Few days, maybe). There is alot of Side-quests, but only few of them are worth doing in my opinion.
All you really going to get from Dungeons is either:
A) An Easter Egg
B) Boss Battle
I like this game and find no problems with it whatsoever.
I used to, and I hardly touched the main quest. The Dark Brotherhood sidequests were too fun.
How many hours, maybe 130 hours? When you say a few days, it sounds like 3-6 hours, but one dungeon can take atleast an hour. What's this Easter Egg?
Here's my text file with info from when I used to play this game...

I can't remember completely what the file means. The list on the bottom shows some locations and low/medium/high means how much I completed of it I think. In the middle part of the file the #'s mean locations I need to visit still, using the numbers from the strategy guide for the specific locations. Notice the first part of the file, it shows what you do in the game...
