is it possible to learn an ability or equip am item that lets you run around with out gettin into random battles in this game? DS version

No such item exists in the DS version

I don't see why you'd want to, anyway. You'll be forced to grind towards the end as it is.

Believe me, you don't want to skip encounters in this game as you need all the levels you can get.

Instead, what you wanna do is learn to economise your spell charges for healing. I tend to find that a basic Cure split across the party every turn (unless I need my White Mage to do something else) tends to work, even at lower levels where you just about have enough.

its more for getting thru dungeons qucker to save when im in a hurry
can always go back and grind like fcuk

There is a quicksave feature if you get caught up in something...
