That wasn't Tea!

You ever reach for a drink thinking it was another drink and when it turns out that drink was not the drink you thought it was you gag or have a spit take? Not saying that it was nasty like thinking tabacco spit was pepsi or confusing viniger for juice, normal stuff like just a few moments ago I went for a drink of Tea, but it turns out it was Apple Juice. It wasn't until a few seconds later I remember we don't even have tea.

So have you ever done something like that?

I've made the mistake of drinking Dandelion and Burdock thinking it was Coke many times, I actually like Dandelion and Burdock now but when I was younger I hated it. I don't actually think many places sell it anymore now though :p

I saw that happen to someone once. It was disgusting/hilarious.

I was told it was lemonade, it was soda water with like 50 gallons of salt in it ;\

The juice from the coconut, I often mistake it for water. :eep:

One time I made coffee, I took a pitcher (I thought it was cold water) and put it in my coffee (when I was younger I hate warm coffee). Tastes disgusting... :barf:

I have occasionally drank from the wrong can, cup, or glass and drank a warm soft drink rather than a cold soft drink.

Vimto does not equal Grape juice.

I accidently grabbed a can of CheezWiz instead of my soda the other day.

I've had soda water in the past thinking it was lemonade or still water. I really don't like soda water and I was not impressed.

I have no idea what Soda water is.

My friend offered me some "water" and I innocently took a generous swig and then started retching as the girl laughed and said "actually it's dry gin". :(

I WAS EXPECTING ROOT BEER BUT INSTEAD I GOT COKE THAT WAS VERY FLAT :kaoangry:

Yeah I don't really drink from the wrong thing unless it's a can. If the glass is clear and I look in it, I will probably decide that it's not a good idea to drink it.

I put salt in my coffee once. Was dark and it looked like sugar. Does that count?
