It's a trophy. Load up the game while you're making out with your girlfriend and just say "Yeah, I did that" and you're in.
It should be the Omega Badge.
If you sell the Omega Badge, Godslayer's Badge (defeat Yiazmat), and Lu Shang's Badge (fishing minigame), the Wyrmhero Blade will appear in the Bazaar as the "Dragon Crest".
