Cross multiply to get
(20)(2h+9)=h^2+9h
40h+180=h^2+9h
Standard form
h^2 - 31h - 180 = 0
(h - 36)(h + 5) = 0
h = 36 and h = -5
EDIT: qwerty beat me to it.
One note: I had to use the quadratic formula to figure out how to split the equation.
