It's not actually going to be a Rock Band game. (Though I have a hunch it'll just be Rock Band with a new name, so Harmonix can point at Activision and say "They're whoring out their brand name and we're not.")

Also, it's not supposedly confirmed. It is very much fully confirmed. :P

The articles I had read seemed shady so I wasn't sure. I want it now!

Yeah, I'm definitely looking forward to it. It's only supposed to have 45 songs in it, though, because they're so damned expensive. I'm hoping they do what Activision did with Guitar Hero: Aerosmith and also use a bunch of songs and bands that have something to do with the Beatles.

This is going to be cool. I can't think of any way this can possibly turn out less than very, very good. Looking forward to playing the Abbey Road medley from start to finish. :up:

This is awesome news although it would be nice if they put some of Lennon's solo stuff on there too. Next we need Rock Band Queen. If ever there was a band made for these games its Queen.

And once again, The Beach Boys are shoved to the side on the big desk of life:D. They never could quite match-up could they? Definitely tried.

So the Beatles won't let last.fm even play 30 second clips of their music, but are doing a Rock Band game?

I don't see how the two are related.

I would have thought it would be tough to get a deal where any of their music is involved.

As long as they're the boss, they like monies.

Are they going to do this for anyone that is... you know... good?
