Chocobos. Does anyone dislike them?

Not me. I love them! :choc:

Just wondering if there is anyone out there who doesn't like our feathery friends. They are probably the only thing, from any Final Fantasy, in all my years I have never heard complaints about.

ever place tactics? yeah I've hated chocobo's once or twice. Doing the chocobo races in 7 or 10, they wouldn't even go straight. They kept on curving and left me cussing them. And during tactics they would spam choco meteor until I was dead. so yeah chocobo's are disliked sometimes by me.

On the other note I do like how you don't have to fight while on one. Its also cool when you get to name it yourself. I liked fat chocobo from IV. anyways thats all I'm gonna say.

I've sworn at them during FFX's minigame, but I love them really. What about moogles?

I love chocobos. And I a million times prefer them to moogles, which kind of creep me out.

I didn't care much for moogles until FFIX, although I did think the moogle mini-game at the Gold Saucer in FFVII was extremely cute. ^_^

I love em for the most part, except when trying to get the Sun Sigil timer in FFX Chocobo mini game

They are pretty awesome but I love Moogles infinitely more. To be honest, of the original uber cute FF creatures, Chocobos are my least favorite. I think its cause I never liked birds to begin with. :p

I love chocobos except for in FFX, moogles on the other hand i love in every game.

Chocobos are cool, only when they annoy you in FFVII races and in X.

I am going to assume the role of this thread's "as$hole". Don't gawk... Every thread needs one!

Chocobos usually aren't very necessary. Only in FFII and VII did I feel the need to ride one or die, and maybe a couple of times in III and IX. It's usually better to gain experience before you are airship-capable... And it's also rare for them to actually save you time, II and III being exceptions, with II only being on a sole occasion.

As far as "cute" goes? Ehhhhh... I was never a fan of avian creatures. They poop on everything.
