Wizard Statue + Maiden

I found this guy up in the attic yesterday and his staff was broke! I got my dad to glue it back on then decided he needed a new coat of paint. I first painted this guy in like 3rd or 4th grade, so I figured my painting skills had improved since then. I also got some very nice shiny gold paint! Perfect for his robes.

Spent a couple of hours this afternoon and then another hour this evening and I think he looks wicked cool now, I just wish I'd gotten a picture of how he looked before. (let's just say I didn't know how to use small paintbrushes or mix colors)

Neato. It reminds me of the little LotR things I used to paint for the Games Workshop LotR table top game. Miniature painting is fun <3.

I think the grey orb on his staff would look cooler if it was flashy red or something :D

it's blue to match the color of his eyes though!

Oh wow, it must have brought back memories to actually find those in your attic!!!
I only have a binder of drawing that is left from my childhood :(
