Blank Space Board...

What is it? I was trying to replace my CD Rom drive and it fell out. I Google'd it, and I haven't found anything helpful.

Anyone ever heard of it/know what it is?

Also, my power source seems to not work unless I'm constantly applying pressure to it. Any idea what's up with that?

were there any screws you needed to put in your cd rom? and are you sure it's the same size (physically) as the old one?

Yes and yes. I couldn't tell where it was supposed to go. I just sort of noticed it after I put the new rom in.
