I think it's a cute idea.
We did it here once, as proposed by Brian Carper. I think I was the only one who fulfilled it -- aside from him, but he does it every week, provided he's not hounding Edczxcvbnm.
People should do what they want. If they wanna swear let them smurfing swear.
You get a fine if you're caught swearing in the town centre, here in Preston UK.
