question 1:
how do i merge the translation patch to the rom so i could play?
or you just play it directly.
the reason i asked that question is beacuse i play mother 3 and it requires you to get the Japanese rom and the patch and theres this client to merge them together and i tough you get that once you download the patch

what emulator do i use?
You could either soft patch it by giving the patch file the same name as the rom file just with a different extention. Or you could download Lunar IPS and patch it there.
I personally like Nestopia or VirtuaNES. I hear Nesticle is good but outdated.

When you download and uzip it using 7zip, there will be a sh/tload of other versions of FFIII. Just use the "Final Fantasy III (J)" rom and delete the others, then get the patch from Final Fantasy III English Translation .
could i have the link to the translated FF3 if that's ok?
