I dont care what people think, I MISS the days of Mickey mouse and the GOOD animated films like Aladdin, Hercules etc....
Whats all this BS these days? Hannah Montana? Suite Life? HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL?
Walt Disney is spinning in his grave.
I can of like them and don't like them. i could care less about Spectacular Spider-Man, but they do show Static Shock, Batman, and X-men. The part I hate is that they hardly show X-men and when they did it was at the most inconvient times.
None of the :bou::bou::bou::bou: that Disney shows today is even relevant to the Disney of earlier decades.
HAHAHA CHECK THE NEW PRINCE OUT he looks like a complete tosser.
I remember when The Disney Channel had no commercials. Those were good times.
Oh yes, I really enjoyed WALL-E. I thought it was charrrming  Oh my god Cars was the worst thing ever xD But I did rather like Ratatouille, it was better than I thought it would be.

For some reason, Disney character art is, usually, really bad. http://i107.photobucket.com/albums/m...i_question.gif
Oh good god, he's wearing a flower.
He looks more like an antagonist than the next prince.
Isn't it though? The modern art at least. There was a wonderful designer who did some beautiful concept art, Mary Blair. All the princesses have square eyes, the colours are gross, and they're so ridiculously airbrushed! They just look dead when they're not in the film.
modern disney promo art
screen from the movie
old concepts
mary blair stuff for various movies
That damn kid's cartoon channel! :mad2:
It's because they're trying to cash in on the market of anime fans and trying to appeal to a broader range. It's business, it happens. There's always someone going to come along and do it, if not Disney. And as a last note, even if you don't like the art they are putting out, Disney has by far some of the best artists in the world.
one of my ljfriends is working at disney, and she is beside herself at watching another traditionally animated feature come to life while she's there.
Contorted Pasta if you were curious
Have Disney Fairies taken over yet? Such poo!
