Okay so I go to forest just outside of Istory and beat Ramuh, but when I check my summon spells he's not there, am I missing something or what?

Yeah , you're missing something...You obtained an Item "Ramuh" so go to your inventory and use it.Right now.
Done that, I though it would be like Shiva and Ifrit.Quote:
