I voted for Zell, but I'm still deciding on my REAL decision.
Considering limit breaks. Zell.
Zell is cool as hell, so Id have to vote for him. But if it really came down to it...probably Kiros -_-

Kiros has fricken' blades.
Zell is an accomplished SeeD member. Kiros was a Galbadian soldier, and the party killed plenty of them quite easily.
Also, Laguna, Kiros & Ward chose Squall and his gang, no-one else, to deal with Ultimechia.
Yeah, Kiros and the rest had relativly similiar stats to the party but thats because they were using the parties bodies in the flashbacks.
My vote, Zell.
Yup, Zell's my decision. Can do over 1 MILLION damage due to limit breaks if he gets enough time.
