I'm asking for your help again! I need a new hairstyle. What would you recommend? I have straight, thick, brown hair and I'd like something that doesn't require much maintenance.

Here's what my hair looks like right now:
Something layered and short. There used to be this thing on photobucket called hairfiles, try to search for it and you'll find plenty of albums.
I want to give her the makeover! ME!
Pull your hair out of your face. Show everyone your smile! :D
Go for cat ears
Shave it. That'll leave impressions.
NEOTIFA HAIR!!!!!!! ((inverted bob))
Shorter hair with bangs. Easy maintenance.

Ponytail (high or low), pigtails, either of those with the hair loose and long at the front... There's a lot you can try without having to get it cut. Straight hair works well for 'tied' styles, and the thickness is less obvious if it's tied back, especially if it's plaited.
I'm a little reluctant go any shorter than shoulder length. I tried short hair once, but because my hair was so thick it got kinda poofy and not in a way that looked good S:
I like the one Shiny posted o:
My hair is thick too. You should probably get it deep conditioned and blow dried.
Shave it all!
Lol. Well, inverted bobs are nice, expecially really short in the back. Try an olive oil/mayo soak once a week/month or something for poofiness. That makes your hair super smooth. That's what Mexicans do. >_> They have great hair.
My hairs baby fine, but thick, so my hair rocks this cut. Just make sure if you get it, get it cut once a month or two, else it looks ghey. Also, straightner is key. My access to one is.. non-existant due to the break-up, so it's been ponytail for a month now. :(
Bah, that's too much work. As you can see I am not somebody who takes very good care of her hair :(
Neither am I. Nothing wrong with letting a high-school dropout do your hair for you once a month. :\
To me, long hair is actually less maintenance. You can just brush it, leave it alone and it looks good. (Generally.)
But to be very honest, I would recommend short hair to anyone. My hair is cust just like this:

and I love it. (PS that isn't me.)
I would recommend it, even if you don't want to do a lot to it. You can keep short hair looking good with little energy. I just choose not to.
