If it is possible then, I tell them, "You should me my friend, Mr. Block. His email address is SUCKMYCHIHUAHUA@stalker.gov..." And then block them before they reply.

As for what I do when I see someone crazy on the internet, it depends what kind of crazy it is. If it's annoying crazy, I usually ignore them. If it's amusing crazy, I laugh at the person's antics.
I usually end up friends with them. *squints*
