A'yo, I've had about five costumers who didn't know the full explanation when it comes to redeeming Reward Zone Money at Best Buy and MAN. It's always fun to watch them scream at me. In the back of my mind I'm like, "Open your mouth a little wider so I can shut you the hell up with my-..." You get the picture...:roll2
Traumatizing.. Hm. Nothing really traumatized me. I've broken down from animals getting euthanized. First time I made friends with a "mean" dog. And saw a completely different side of it. And come in the next day and its gone. I walked out. And now seven years later, I had to euthanize an animal myself a while back. One I'd known for a while. That was pretty messed up. It needed to be done and I did it, I broke down after though. Probably one of the only times I've broken in front of people. In fact it might be the only time other than like deaths in the family and whatnot
I've been physically thrown from a moving saw because I made a mistake cutting something. Not really traumatizing, but I could have gotten seriously hurt, and it pissed me right the smurf off!
One day I realized I'd have to work for at least twenty years of my life *shudder*
I have more stories than I can count. Let me count off my favorites though.
* This one isn't an enjoyable one, but because of some sort of hoodie I was wearing, I got asked if I was pregnant three times in one day. I was so angry that I almost screamed at a customer, and spent the rest of the work day sobbing. I still don't even realize how I looked remotely pregnant, even with the sagging of the hoodie and the fact that I was about 10 lbs heavier then, but that was one of the major factors that finally pushed me to quit working at TJ Hell. They asked me if I was pregnant really cheerily too, like it was perfect normal and great that a 16 year old girl was pregnant, which was freakish to me.
A few funnier ones:
* A minute to closing time, a woman comes up to me with a bunch of random crap from the random crap sections of TJ Maxx that attract all of the trashy people. She had a wrapped sealed bottle of liquid soap - and she demanded a 10% discount on it, because it wasn't "filled to the top" - and the bottle cost a dollar. She argued with me for 10 cents over something that clearly wasn't my fault, or the work place's.
* I had to organize giant suitcases and luggage despite being one of the smallest and youngest employees because my manager hated me with a vigor, and one day, a bunch of asian and MILF themed porn spilled out of a suitcase everywhere.
* This one didn't happen to me specifically, but I was in the vicinity when it happened. A women wanted to return a box of some sort from the Random Crap aisle. It was priced $10 on the receipt, but the sticker was lost from it, so the manager reprinted a sticker to scan it for the return at $9.99. She freaked out screaming he was trying to rip her off - an entire penny. The fight got brutal, you could hear her everywhere, and eventually she got escorted from the store. Over a penny.
* There used to be a really freakish middle aged who would just come to the store everyday and just hang out and talk to people. She was sketchy, and smelled like mental illness. One day, she came in and brought me in a biscotti cake for me and demanded I eat it. I didn't know what to do.
* When I worked the fitting room section, old women who made me come into their rooms and zip them up, and I'd have to see their old saggy breasts. :|
* When I worked at Game Stop, one day, a 10 year old boy who was clearly crushing on me came in and started blabbing and blabbing, nervous in a young crush boy fashion. I thought it was cute. But then, he goes outside of the store, in full sight of me, staring at me. Then she sits in a massage chair, turns it on, and pretends to orgasm over and over, moaning and screaming, still looking at me. Me and my manager lol'd. But then he called the cops on the boy... xD
I'll post more later if they come to mind. I almost miss working in places where I interact with horrible trashy people - so many stories!

Ok well, traumatising experiences:
1) Once when I worked for Sainsbury's we watched a middle aged woman who came in with her husband :bou::bou::bou::bou: all over an aisle. I'm not kidding she took a crap in one of the BWS (beers, wines and spirits) aisles. The couple were one of those filthy dirty, smelly comes in in dirty clothes type couples and she honestly didn't seem to notice or care that she was :bou::bou::bou::bou:ting everywhere. Even our store cleaners refused to clear it up leaving a duty manager to do it.
2) Again in Sainsbury's I was on a checkout and this customer tried to do a cash snatch when paying which is they'll pay in whatever will keep the till open longest and then try to snatch whatever cash they can and run. I saw this hand come shooting in and in reaction crushed it with the register tray lid by smacking my elbow down so hard in to the till lid that I not only dented it inwards with my elbow but broke the guy's hand and bent the till lid outwards where his hand was.
3) In my first job I had to physically eject a kid for being abusive to customers, it was a computer games store and he was a kurdish child from the owner of the kebab place down the road. He never brought games there he just came in to hang around and be a little bit of a jerk. I physically picked him up and threw him in to the street one day after he refused to leave he then went and got his older brother and father to come up to the store. This resulted in a confrontation between me and my mate who were doing PS2 repairs at the time holding screw drivers because the elder brother had thought it wise to bring a knife along.
Some of the nicer but still "dude thats quite weird" things that happened are stuff like my recent stalker chick who found me on facebook after being served in HMV by me. We later went for a coffee and a chat together, she was actually a nice and attractive girl.

Some guy bought ice one day. So, he went to run towards the ice cooler, but some of the ice was melted on the ground(it had just been delivered). He proceeded to bust his ass right on the tile. The funny thing was he just like, jumped up, and shook it off as if nothing happened.
So funny. :p
