Arenas are fun. Probably one of my favorite places to waste time. They give good crap like weapons and money and sometimes even skills. Of course getting that stuff as soon as its available will usually break the next couple areas of the game, what with the grinding to beat it and all the spiffy new stuff. But for me that's the main attraction!
