I'm not particularly engaged by any of these people. Blonde Redhead's Dr. Strangeluv isn't bad for the most part, but otherwise I dislike them. This World Fair are passable but are doing absolutely nothing I haven't heard before. I can barely even stand to sit through all of an Ane Brune song because she bores me so terribly xD

I liked Blonde Redhead. The singer has an interesting voice, and the music's neat too. I think I'll listen to them some more.

Ane Brun's alright. She has a nice voice.

I'm not very surprised you dislike Brune, though. I'm always sending this same style of music to you because it's the single most enchanting sound & style to me, and you're like meh. Different strokes!

Everything I suggested is new (except In Particular), and therefore easy to find on youtube. Their older stuff is not dreampop, either ... its weird no wave crap that pretty much rocks. I loooooove this band. They have male vocals too, just not in any of those songs.

edit: Their album Fake Can Be Just As Good is pretty much the best thing ever released in music ever ever.
