Le sigh
I'm currently playing through Final Fantasy VIII for the millionth time, and I'm now at the missile base with Selphie as the leader of the group. Everytime I get there I'm just like "...sigh". It's not that I don't wanna play through that part of the game per se, it's just ...meh. It's kinda cba, y'know.
What part of the game makes you go "sigh" or "meh", or is there a part of the game that you actually don't like playing?

when ever i get up to 50-60 hours and im grinding for the final battles i get bored i usually stop for a year or so
-
^ Much like above, the only part of the game that grinds my gears is getting the GF's or level grinding, other than that it's all neato.
-
Disc 3 sadly enough. I never found it as interesting as people make it out to be and I never liked Esthar. Don't know what it is about it either, I just get bored and try to rush through so I can get to the fourth disc.
-
Every part of the end of disc 1 up until Irvine takes the shot.
-
The entire game except for Triple Triad
-
-
That part where your in prison and have to run up and down a load of identical rooms, the only part that anoyed me, really.
-
-
I have to agree with Jess on Disc 1, including all the optional stuff (except Lionheart) I now have 23 hours and I just finished Disc 1.
Screw you and your refusal to change rules Triple Triad.
-
- The Dollet Field Examination,
- pretty much all of the Laguna dream sequences,
- D-District Prison,
- the Missile Base,
- looking for the White SeeD Ship,
- and the Lunar Base.
-
Lunatic Pandora parts. I despised the background music there.
-
I quite enjoyed the Missile Base at first but it becomes tedious when done again.
In my last playthrough it was the Laguna dream sequences and the D-District Prison that annoyed me. I think I did literally sigh when I started disc 2 and knew I was to be confronted with both at once.
-
Anything beyond the D-District Prison really starts to grate on my nerves. After the first disc, I lose interest in game. The only thing that motivates me to keep going is the Triple Triad. Usually my replays of FFVIII are less inspired by the game play (which I actually enjoy aside from the draw grinds) and the plot and more by a burning desire to play some Triple Triad.

Million random battles before the fight with Bahamut.
