Hi all, my name is John and I'm the founder of FFXIVCore.com, a FFXIV fansite :) I'm an avid Final Fantasy fan and MMO's that I've put tons of time into in the past include Meridian 59, EverQuest. Lineage 2 and World of Warcraft.

Haha yes it has! I've been here for 5 years myself but there are some members that have been around for like 10 yrs! if you have any questions feel free to PM me or well pretty much anyone else for that matter. We're all pretty friendly. Maybe you should stick around. If people have been spending 10 yrs here, there has to be something good about this place!

Hehe not everyone enjoy MMO's, but there's quite a few of us who do :)

Personally I am a FF7 fan.

Aerith gives me goosebumps. Do you know that you could see her ghost if you defeated weapon and brought the manual/book to the temple, and when you slept in that "house/hut" during the day, you open your inventory and read it, then you fall asleep because the book was so boring. Eventually you wake up during the night, you can go past where the guard were, because it isn't there and you will see Aerith's spirit below.

But in the case of FF, one MMO in the mainstream series was enough, and even then people thought that FFXI shouldnt have been a main series game.
