Realy?? Its hard to keep trak of where ppl are online. I can't even tell who is who most of the time.
You can add people as friends, and use that as your system for knowing who is and isn't online. As for Halo, there's always a bunch of people looking to join a group/clan on the Bungie forums, so you could probably try that, too. The closest thing to an actual 'clan' you can get are the usergroups on the forums-- often tightly-knit groups of people who play together all the time. Frankly you can just all any group of people you often play with your 'clan'.
Warning: The general populace of the Bungie forums are retarded and bad at trolling.
