Thread title. Anyway, here I have a drawing of Naruto that I colored in Photoshop!
The final version.

25% zoom
Full zoom, color, no background - (2129 x 1567)
Full zoom, transparent (outlines only) - (2129 x 1567)
And, if you're interested, here's a quick step by step process! (Rest easy, there are pictures)
• After outlining the drawing in permanent marker, I scanned it and Live Traced it in Adobe Illustrator.

• I opened it in Photoshop and kind of 'mapped' the major shadows (red), the minor shadows (blue) the detail shadows (yellow) and the dimensions of his turtle neck (ugly mess of colors.)
Shadows

Originally I wanted to use gradients for shadows
but this technique gives the drawing more of that 'cartoon look' which is amazing.
• It looks ugly right? Then the next step was coloring.
Basic Colors

Instead I used gradients to make some areas brighter.
• Combine both and you get this!
This!
