Inappropriate Lyrics at Random

So you're driving to the grocery store or someplace similar. You've just finished grooving to a seriously awesome song in your car. The chorus or particular part of that jam has now been implanted in to your head and you cannot escape it. Everytime your lips parts, random parts of the song comes out!

You're turning your grocery cart down the aisle of 'taters and onions or whatnot and as you bob your head about you start singing -

I'm constantly singing and it is always appropriate.

I'm pretty sure I never listen to songs that have inappropriate lyrics . . . because I'm a Mormon, you know. We're not allowed.

But I really don't think I know any songs that have stuff like that in them. Well, wait . . . Jimmy Eat World covered a Heatmiser song that has the F word in it . . . I guess that counts. Oh . . . and Something Corporate (laugh if you must) has a line that goes "f[word] you Jordan" that I love to scream because I had an ex with the same name.

Okay, never mind. Totally.

Hehe. Well, it doesn't have to be dirty to be inappropriate for the situation. I get Christmas songs stuck in my head during March somtimes and that gets some funny stares.

One day I had the "Apples and Bananas," song stuck in my head while waiting for my car to be fixed. I do believe I had my repairs done in haste because they were tired of hearing me sing and hum about "Opples and Bah-nonos." D: Party poopers.

EDIT: GASP! You guys know that, "JOHN JACOB JINGLEHIEMRSMITH?!" song ( or however you spell the poor fellow's name )?! I was playing XBox Live last night and sang that repeatedly while playing Halo 3. This may or may not have annoyed other players; however, I did get some people to join in a round with me. n_n

Back in my pubescent teens if I was singing something and my family was around I'd realise too late the song had some dirty content and I'd be embarrassed and switch to humming those parts. :blush:

Whenever we go out the people always shout: "THERE GOES JOHN JACOB JINGLEHEIMERSCHMIDT! DADA DADA DADA DA!"

What about simply playing songs at inappropriate moments?

I put on How Many Licks by Lil Kim (+Sisqo!) at my friend's house one time, before realizing that her little sister was within listening distance. T'was most awkward. There was a similar incident with Bubblegum by Rasheeda and someone's grandmother.

Mini rant though - when that Backstreet Boys song came out, "Backstreet's Back ( Alright )" or whatever there's that part where Nick would sing, "Am I sexuuuuaaaal?" and I'd get SUPER flustered and embarassed when that part came on the radio. :blush:

Oh! I liked that song a lot, Rabbit~! I have to be quick to flip through my MP3 in the car when there's kids with me cause about 40% of my music I would not find appropriate to have playin' with lil ones hanging about. :< I'm actually pretty strict about content around little ones. I get mad at my friends for cursing around them.

The first two songs that came to my head when reading this thread were Use Me and Michael by Franz Ferdinand.

Use Me is inappropriate when listening to and singing the song in public, as I randomly say "Use Me!" while listening to music on the train and gather odd looks from the people around me.
Then Michael has lyrics like "Michael you're the boy with the leather hips sticky hair sticky lips stubble on my sticky lips" which also attract odd looks when I sing along to it...

I once started singing Violent Pornography outside my Principal's office. Not loud enough to be heard though - I'm not quite so bold. XD

Stephen Lynch. My friend tends to sing a variety of his songs when we wander around town, leaving them in my head forever. :p Inappropriate to the max.

I do have this horrible habit of humming/singing Disco Inferno (mainly the chorus bit) whenever I see footage of a fire on TV.
