Boogity-boogity-boogity!
Let's go racin', boys! There's nothing like going across a tri-oval superspeedway at 190 mph.
vroooooooooooom!
I'll pass :p
wow and I thought Valentines day couldn't get any worse. But thanks for pointing this out.
smurf YEAH. I AM GOING TO TAKE MY DATE TO MY HOUSE TO WATCH NASCAR.
This will surely 'get me some'.
:barf:
What's wrong, Rubah?
If you think NASCAR is a romantic idea for valentine's, then I'm glad I will never date you.
The Daytona 500 tends to fall in close proximity to both Valentine's Day and Presidents' Day (which is tomorrow), and around 1-2 weeks after the Super Bowl. Usually, the race falls between a couple days before or after Valentine's Day, but this year, it happens to fall directly on Valentine's Day.
Hey now people, nobody said V-day has to be about romance for everyone! ;}
Boogity-boogity-boogity!
Feel your heart race.
My step-dad likes NASCAR. I have never understood it.
The basic premise is that 43 stock car drivers circle around a track 100s of times at speeds of 190-200 mph.
I know what it is; I've just never understood the appeal.
Now, I went to some local stock car races, and those were pretty badass. Shorter races and a MUCH greater chance for some epic wrecks (I once saw a car flip end-over-end three times in the air).
