How the hell do you pronounce this smurfer without sounding like Rain Man?
Just sneeze at the end.
Say "bath" like a two-year-old getting punched.
Might help to practice with a slightly less difficult word like Bamf first.
Oh yeah, you see the trick with pronouncing names like these is that you don't. Or you can give them your own nicknames like snuggle-gummies or something.

I think it's one of life's mysteries. That's why SE will never remake this with voice actors. If only we knew how to say that damn word....
According to the Japanese original name バフスク (Bafusuku) it should be pronounced "Bufh-sk". :p
Should've just stuck with Bafusuku.
FFII's town names are strange at best...Paloom, Poft, Fynn, they have a strange onomatopoeic quality.

Just start with saying baf, then quickly say sk. It'll sound like bafsk.
