Icon sets

I just noticed that it has disappeared, and has been gone for several weeks. How do I get it back? I liked having it there.

EDIT: On the subject of desktop aesthetics, I have a bonus question. How do you set up custom icon sets? Like these:

Icon Sets: All | Pixelgirl Presents - Only the Coolest Desktops, Icons & iPhone Wallpapers!

EDIT2: Omg, I managed to get my sidebar back. I feel so dumb for making this thread. Ignore my sidebar troubles. Help me set up custom icons now! :love:

Right click on any icon->
Properties->
Customize->
Change Icon

guessing you are finished with this one, any image that is formatted as icon should work, if you can't get a personal picture to work try changing the format

Oh wow, it was so simple to do. Thanks guys. XD I feel kind of stupid now. But my desktop looks so cute now.
