Can someone help tell me where i can locate Long Gui? I have completed all missions up to 59 and I have searched all over the place for them but can't find one to fight. i run into everything but them. is there a certain area i should focus on searching?
You need to complete the circle of Cie'th Stones, missions 56-62. Then all but one of the Oretoises on the Archylte Steppe will become Long Gui.
It should be noted that upon completion, you will likely have to leave the Steppe and return again. The best way to do this is to warp somewhere using a Cie'th stone to a place such as Oerba, and then back again.
